We'll email you a tracking number as soon as your order ships, all you have to do is go to the Fedex or UPS websites and input your tracking number to view a live update of your doll's progress. To receive updates by text, simply sign up for text message alerts with your courier. Each doll we ship is insured and guaranteed so it gets to your door as fast as possible and arrives in perfect condition.

The box your doll ships in will not bear any indication of its contents. Not even your delivery person will know what is inside!
