Ordering

Found a doll you love and customized to perfection? Here's the process we go through to get you your order, just as you want it, quickly and discreetly to you!

Production

Once you've selected your dream doll and payment comes through,  professional artisans working for our premium suppliers immediately begin production. In 10-14 days, your doll has emerged from their cast and received their final touches. Once your doll is ready to ship, we take detailed photographs and send them to you for your approval. 

Once you approve your doll, we prepare it for dispatch.

Shipping

Prior to shipping, your doll will be given one final check by quality control experts to ensure your doll is being shipped in optimum condition.

Our primary couriers are Fedex and UPS, who both offer live parcel tracking on their websites, where you can input the tracking number we send you and track your parcel live. International deliveries typically take 3-7 days.

Discretion

Discretion is the better part of valor, as they say, and at Dollknights privacy is paramount. Your doll will be shipped in a crate that gives no indication of its contents. This "white glove delivery" ensures you enjoy your purchases with the assurance of full privacy.

Customs Clearance & Fees

All fees will be collected by couriers such as UPS and Fedex. As each country has its own import duties, these will be paid for by the customer as the importer of the product.

How We Package

By default, your doll will be shipped in plain brown box around 150cm tall by 42cm wide by 28cm deep, but the size may change a bit depending on the dimensions of the doll you've purchased. In the box, your doll will be fully insulated from the rigors of shipping with protective packaging and shock resistant foam.
